The purpose of the project is to ensure internal independent electricity production as a result of installing two steam back pressure turbine generators with a 6 MW electrical capacity for each generator at JSC “Dniproshina”, one of the largest industrial enterprises in the CIS region, located in Dnipropetrovsk. The increase in energy efficiency and the utilization of excess energy (steam) would decrease the costs of electricity purchased from the grid, decrease losses from the existing limitations and interruptions in external power supply as well as contribute to significant greenhouse gases emission reductions.
