Shaturskaya TPP is the third largest plant of the generating company OJSC “OGK-4”. A CCGT unit with an electrical capacity of 400 MW was installed and commissioned in mid-October 2010. The efficiency of new energy unit is around 56%, and it is fueled by natural gas.
The project is the first in Russia submitted to JISC for final registration according to Track 2 procedures.
